If you’ve got the “Wiral Remote not found” message make sure you’ve updated firmware on both the Wiral LITE unit and the remote to the newest firmware version. Make sure that the Wiral LITE unit and the remote are turned on when attempting to connect to the app.

If you’ve already updated firmware, make sure the remote is on and that the batteries on the remote are not running low.

To check the battery status of Wiral LITE, press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds.

The status will be displayed in the LED below.

Please make sure not to attempt to connect to your Wiral LITE Remote via the Bluetooth settings inside your phone menu. The connection should be made through the Wiral LITE App, not through the Bluetooth settings of your phone.

Please make sure that the remote is not in Firmware update mode. If it is, just turn off and turn on the remote again.
